Τα Fiiish Black Minnow αποτελούνται από τρία τμήματα: την μολυβοκεφαλή, το μαλακό σώμα και το αγκίστρι. Once your request has been verified by our staff, you will receive email notification of return approval and instructions on how and where to send it.
Returned products must be in their original packaging. If for any reason the outer packaging bag is lost, you must use another bag of your choice, so that the inner packaging is adequately protected.
If it is a change of size / color / design or replacement, you will have to place a new order for the product you want after the return is approved. In case a product proves to be defective within 20 days from its sale, we undertake the repair or even its replacement with a new one (in case it cannot be repaired), without any charge to you. Once the defect is identified, you will need to file a Return Request to receive instructions on the return / replacement / compensation process. If the replacement is deemed necessary and there is no availability, you can choose between replacing it with another, equal product of your choice, or returning all or part of its value for money. The refund amount in the case of defective products used is calculated at the original value, reduced by 10% for each month since the initial sale.
Refund / Right of Withdrawal
If for any other reason you wish to return the product you purchased and you are not interested in replacing it with another, you must submit a Return Request within 14 days from the date of receipt and ship the product within 7 days of approval of the Request. After the return is made and it is found that the product has not been used and is in excellent condition (both the product itself and its packaging), you will be refunded the total amount you paid (including shipping costs, if any) within 14 working days.
