You can cancel your order as follows:

3.After sending or receiving the product, contact the Customer Service Department of online shopping by phone: +30 2661046958 or via e-mail: info@psarevo.com, to explain the reason you wish to cancel the order. One of our partners will serve you immediately and will inform you about all your options. According to EU rules, a merchant must repair, replace, reduce the price or return it to you if the products you bought turn out to be defective or do not look or work as advertised. If you purchased a product or service online with us, you have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving the product.
The return cost for the orders is borne exclusively by the customer and amounts to the equivalent charged by the service with which you will choose to return the product to us. The customer is obliged to return the product in excellent condition, and if we find out the excellent condition of the product, we will refund. If you have chosen cash on delivery as a method of payment for a product, and you cancel the order, you will have to pay the value of sending it and returning it.

In case of payment by credit card, no cash is refunded but the refund is made through the Bank to your credit card, minus the cost of shipping the products (and the cost of return after consultation).
