Return Request

Once your request has been verified by our staff, you will receive email notification of return approval and instructions on how and where to send it.

Returned products must be in their original packaging. If for any reason the outer packaging bag is lost, you must use another bag of your choice, so that the inner packaging is adequately protected.

If it is a change of size / color / design or replacement, you will have to place a new order for the product you want after the return is approved. When registering this order, you must enter in the additional comments of the order that you have made a Return Request, as if you skip this step, the new product will be sent to you with a regular charge (ie the value of the product you return will not be included ).

Product Changes

If you wish to change the product you purchased - and only if the product has not been used - you must submit a Return Request within 14 days of receipt and ship the product within 3 days of approval. Request.

For orders within Greece, the first change is made without any charge for the customer (if the replacement product has a value greater than € 30.00, otherwise the charge is € 3.00), while for each change after the first, the charge is at € 4.50 per product + € 1.50 per change and is automatically charged for the replacement order.

For orders outside Greece, the customer returns with a charge and is charged for the replacement shipment with the normal shipping costs (depending on the country of destination).

Wrong shipments

In case the product you received does not match the product of your order, you must register a Return Request within 5 days of receipt and send the product within 3 days from the date of approval of the Request.

In this case there is no customer charge for the replacement.

Defective products

In case a product proves to be defective within 20 days from its sale, we undertake the repair or even its replacement with a new one (in case it cannot be repaired), without any charge to you. Once the defect is identified, you will need to file a Return Request to receive instructions on the return / replacement / compensation process. If the replacement is deemed necessary and there is no availability, you can choose between replacing it with another, equal product of your choice, or returning all or part of its value for money. The refund amount in the case of defective products used is calculated at the original value, reduced by 10% for each month since the initial sale.

Refund / Right of Withdrawal
If for any other reason you wish to return the product you purchased and you are not interested in replacing it with another, you must submit a Return Request within 14 days from the date of receipt and ship the product within 7 days of approval of the Request. After the return is made and it is found that the product has not been used and is in excellent condition (both the product itself and its packaging), you will be refunded the total amount you paid (including shipping costs, if any) within 14 working days. If the payment has been made by the method of cash on delivery, the refund will be made by transfer to a bank account that you indicate to us.

In cases of refund you will be charged only with the cost of returning the product € 3.5, as the return of the product will have to be done at your own expense.
